Security Breach Notice – March 2025

We recently experienced an online security incident that may have involved the breach of personal information for our website users. On Sunday evening, 23/3/25, we identified and confirmed that our website had experienced a security breach. The incident happened between Saturday afternoon, 22/3/25 & around 9:30 pm, Monday 24/3/25.

Once identified, we immediately took action by launching an investigation and engaging cybersecurity experts along with our website development team to assist in identifying the cause of the breach, mitigate its effects and ultimately resolve the issue. A report has also been filed with law enforcement authorities.

If you visited our website, particularly our cart & checkout pages, during the breach period (Saturday 22/3/25 – Monday 24/3/25), information that may have been compromised includes the following:

• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Address Information
• Payment Information

We wanted to notify you about this incident so you can take the necessary precautions.

Upon discovering this breach, we immediately took the following steps to contain and resolve the issue:
