Security Breach Notice: 22nd March – 10th April 2025

We recently experienced an online security incident that may have involved the breach of personal information for our website users. What Happened?

We recently identified and confirmed that our website had experienced a security breach. The incident happened between Saturday, 22/3/25 & Thursday the 10/4/25.

Once identified, we immediately took action by launching an investigation and engaging cybersecurity experts along with our website development team to assist in identifying the cause of the breach, mitigating its effects and ultimately resolving the issue. A report has also been filed with law enforcement authorities.

There is no current evidence of direct user data compromise; however, if you visited our website, particularly our cart & checkout pages, or placed an order during the breach period (Saturday, 22/3/25 – Thursday, April 10/4/25), information that may have been compromised includes the following:

• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Address Information
• Payment Information

We wanted to notify you about this incident so you can take the necessary precautions.

What We Are Doing

Upon discovering this breach, we immediately took the following steps to contain and resolve the issue:

• Secured our systems by removing the threat and implementing additional security measures to prevent further unauthorised access.
• Notified law enforcement authorities to assist in the investigation.
• Initiated system updates to address vulnerabilities.

Monitor your accounts: Regularly check your account statements and credit reports for any suspicious activity.

Change your passwords: If you have a Turfco website account, update the password and any other online accounts that may use the same credentials.

Please contact Turfco and your bank if you notice any suspicious activity.

We are pleased to say the issue has been resolved and the threat neutralised. Our website is now working normally & is safe to use.
