TURF RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do not offer any refunds or returns on any turf purchase.

We are unable to exchange, refund or return any turf products. Please make sure your measurements are accurate before placing your order.

For example, if you find you have over ordered once you have received your turf, you are unable to bring the turf back for a refund.

If the turf quality or performance is of concern – please refer to our product warranty or feel free to contact us.

You will need to contact us within 8 hours of your delivery if there are any concerns with turf quality.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TURF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

If there are any changes to your order or a need for cancellation after the initial order has been placed, we have a minimum 48 hour cancellation period from the day your scheduled turf delivery.

Such cancellation will only be accepted on the terms that the purchaser accepts full responsibility for all expenses incurred thus far up to the time of cancellation.

All turf must be paid for at the time of placing the order or at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery day. The delivery driver will not accept personal cheques or cash on delivery. Credit accounts will only be offered to approved Turfco customers.

Unless a prior arrangement is reached, Turfco undertakes to deliver and the customer to receive Turfco products at the kerbside. The delivery vehicle will only enter the job area to facilitate unloading at the customers own risk and responsibility and at the absolute discretion of the truck driver.

Turf is a green-life, perishable product.

Turfco turf will not accept any responsibility, or be held liable for any deterioration of turf quality due to delays with installation periods, or poor management on behalf of the recipient once the product is delivered.

LAWN CARE PRODUCTS

LAWN CARE PRODUCTS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your Lawn Care Product item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be a Lawn Care Product. Turf or Services are not eligable.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us immediately using the contact details below.

 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of its status.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
  • If the item was damaged and you are requesting a refund rather than a replacement, shipping costs will also be refunded.

 

Please note, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.

DELIVERY TERMS POLICY – UNATTENDED DROP-OFF OF LAWN CARE PRODUCTS

We will deliver lawn care products on your doorstep and/or in the safest possible spot. By choosing to have your lawn care products delivered and left unattended at your doorstep, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Customer Responsibility
    • Once the products are delivered and left at the designated location, the customer assumes full responsibility for the security and condition of the items.

    • Turfco is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the products have been left unattended.

  2. Delivery Confirmation

    • A photo or delivery confirmation may be provided as proof of delivery.

    • This confirmation serves as evidence that the product was delivered to the agreed location.

  3. Condition of Products

    • Turfco ensures that all products are delivered in good condition.

    • Any concerns regarding product damage or incorrect delivery must be reported as soon as possible.

  4. Weather & Environmental Exposure

    • Lawn care products left unattended may be exposed to weather or environmental conditions.

    • Turfco cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from rain, heat, sun, or other environmental factors after delivery.

  5. Acceptance of Risk

    • Customers accept all risks associated with leaving the products at the designated location.

CANCELLATIONS

For in-stock products, we accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production begins, subject to Turfco’s instructions regarding specific pre-order products on the Turfco Store.

We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

RETURNS

We accept product returns. Users have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days without providing reasons after product delivery, subject to the following return conditions.

Return conditions:

Users can apply for a free return if the product is unopened, unactivated, or unused, and the packaging and accessories are intact within thirty (30) days of the valid proof of purchase, original receipt or invoice or delivery date (if the delivery date is later than the purchase date).

If the order you received is damaged, including product damage, package damage, missing parcels, etc., please contact us.

Return Process:

Please kindly contact us to apply for a return. Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us.

Please confirm the return address before sending it back, and make sure all components and accessories are included in the original package.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

After you have returned the product to our office, we will issue a refund within 5 business days via the same payment method used to originally purchase the product. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded.

Please allow up to 5 business days for this to come into your account.
